Mindful Vinyasa

If you are brand new to yoga and want to gain more overall flexibility, balance, and strength this class is for you. Our Mindful Vinyasa classes are slow-paced, allowing time for students to learn each yoga pose and find proper alignment. You will be guided through a sequence of reclining, seated, and standing postures while also learning yoga breathing techniques for relaxation. This class will offer special attention to detail for each pose, as well as more personalized instruction within a group setting. Mindful Vinyasa is suitable for brand new yoga students and all levels of practitioners who want to increase their knowledge of fundamental Vinyasa Yoga.
Heated Vinyasa

Yoga Landing's Vinyasa classes are well suited for all levels of students; from beginner to advanced. Vinyasa classes are movement based and offer a creative, flowing (sometimes cardiovascular) sequence of postures connecting movement with breath. These classes are designed to create an overall balance of strength, flexibility, and range of mobility. To serve all students, teachers will offer the opportunity to explore progressive variations of poses and sequences, creating a safe space for you to choose what is best for you.
Yin

Through the practice of staying in each shape for 3-5 minutes, Yin Yoga not only stretches the muscles but also the connective tissues. The practice often targets the hips, pelvis, and lower spine in a simple practice appropriate for all ages, levels of fitness, and flexibility. This deep practice of stillness is a beautiful, though sometimes challenging, opportunity to connect with our mind and heart. All levels welcome.
Restorative

Release, relax, and rejuvenate in this class designed for all bodies. Restorative Yoga is perfect for anyone looking for a more restful approach to their yoga practice. A perfect counterbalance to the stresses of life, this practice encourages the body and mind to unwind, relieves tension and pain, balances energy, and supports the healing process. Yoga props are utilized to promote absolute comfort. Long, supported holds of 5-20 minutes give space for each practitioner to relax. Postures, soothing breath-work, and calming music all layer together to provide a space to explore your ability to soften on and off the yoga mat. All levels welcome.
Hot Elemental

Hot Elemental is a hands-free, non-vinyasa practice that is heated to 95-98° with an emphasis on proper alignment. Feel wholesome and rejuvenated after taking this quiet, meditative practice. It is especially therapeutic for students with back pain and those recovering from any type of joint injury. Perfect for all levels of practitioners including beginners!
Align + Refine

A back-to-basics non heated practice, ideal for all levels — whether you’re new to yoga, recovering from an injury, or a seasoned yogi ready for more depth — this class helps you tune up your form, deepen your awareness, and refine your relationship to ease and effort in every pose. This is a slow, steady practice with a subtle workshop vibe — perfect for building strength, balance, and clarity both on and off the mat. We’ll explore foundational actions with a focus on precision and mindful coordination, using props, wall work, and accessible modifications that meet you exactly where you are.
Pilates
Pilates

Our Pilates class focuses on the Pilates principles of concentration, centering, control, breathing, and precision to strengthen the core (aka The Powerhouse). This class will also focus on alignment, improve posture, and create length and strength in the body. Our experienced teachers will guide you through classical and nuanced mat choreography (some days with light hand weights!) with an emphasis on play and exploration. This class is low-impact and approachable to new students and seasoned Pilates practitioners are sure to learn something new!
Yoga Sclupt
Yoga Sculpt

Yoga Sculpt is a low-impact class with heated and non heated options, combining elements of yoga, barre, and pilates to build muscular endurance and strength. Teachers will blend vinyasa with weighted sequences with keen attention to form, balance and safety. We will tone and lengthen from head to toe using light resistance with optional hand and/or ankle weights, cardio-building sequences, and a healthy dose of core work. Expect to work every major muscle group as we build long, lean muscles that are strong and capable of stabilizing us in our active lives.
